Can anyone explain How our President can go into war when we are NOT under any imminent threat from Lybia without permission from Congress? Violation 1. Not get permission from Congress to continue our assault within 60 days in order to continue ? Violation 2. Continue our assault even after the 30 days allowed should permission from Congrss not be granted? Violation 3. It seems that his total disregard for the law would be grounds for impeachment. JMO. We are supposed to have 3 branches in our government equal in power... not totalitarian rule. This is a Republic, not a Dictatorship.
This is the very same President that completely slammed Former President Bush as a Senator when Bush declared war with Iraq for harboring terrorists after 9-11. Heck... President Obama never even bothered to declared war. He just attacked without provocation!
